Das EEG zeigt, warum das wichtig ist."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wer \u201eMeditation&#8220; sagt, meint oft sehr unterschiedliche Dinge: die Konzentration auf den Atem, ein Mantra, offene Achtsamkeit, Mitgef\u00fchl oder tiefe meditative Zust\u00e4nde. Das sind verschiedene mentale Prozesse \u2013 und im EEG werden diese Unterschiede sichtbar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mit meinem Team habe ich bei Veranstaltungen von Dr. Joe Dispenza Tausende EEGs aufgenommen. Au\u00dferdem reise ich regelm\u00e4\u00dfig nach Indien, um gemeinsam mit der S-VYASA Yoga University die Gehirnaktivit\u00e4t von Meditierenden zu untersuchen. Das EEG misst dabei weder Spiritualit\u00e4t noch Erleuchtung. Es zeigt, wie sich das Gehirn w\u00e4hrend einer Meditation organisiert und an einen Zustand anpasst.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Besonders aussagekr\u00e4ftig sind Vorher-nachher-Vergleiche. Wir sehen dann nicht nur einen Momentzustand, sondern auch, wie sich das Gehirn durch die Meditation ver\u00e4ndert. Gerade solche Ver\u00e4nderungen \u00fcbersieht man in kleinen Laborstudien leicht, in denen oft nur wenige, sehr erfahrene Meditierende untersucht werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"NeuroMeditation_unterstuetzt_das_Einschwingen\"><\/span><b>NeuroMeditation unterst\u00fctzt das Einschwingen<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hier setzt EEG-NeuroMeditation an. Das eigene EEG dient als R\u00fcckmeldung, damit das Gehirn leichter erkennt, wann es sich dem gew\u00fcnschten Zustand n\u00e4hert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich spreche dabei gern vom Einschwingen: Das Gehirn lernt, einen meditativen Zustand schneller zu finden, ihn zu stabilisieren und sp\u00e4ter auch ohne technische Unterst\u00fctzung wieder aufzurufen.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Nicht_jeder_Stil_passt_zu_jedem_Menschen\"><\/span><b>Nicht jeder Stil passt zu jedem Menschen<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manche profitieren von konzentrativen \u00dcbungen, andere von offener Wahrnehmung, von Mitgef\u00fchl oder innerer Stille. Eine Brainmap kann erste Hinweise geben.
