Smith entwickelte ISF-Neurofeedback konzentriert sich auf die Regulation der langsamsten neuronalen Oszillationen \u2013 typischerweise unterhalb von 0,1 Hz.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"1033\">Diese Infraslow-Oszillationen stehen in engem Zusammenhang mit grundlegenden Regulationsprozessen des Gehirns:<\/p>\r\n<ul data-start=\"1034\" data-end=\"1131\">\r\n<li data-start=\"1034\" data-end=\"1061\">\r\n<p data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1061\">physiologische Zust\u00e4nde<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1085\">\r\n<p data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1085\">Arousal-Mechanismen<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1110\">\r\n<p data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1110\">affektive Stabilit\u00e4t<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1131\">\r\n<p data-start=\"1113\" data-end=\"1131\">autonome Balance<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1268\">Dysregulationen in diesem Bereich zeigen sich h\u00e4ufig bei St\u00f6rungsbildern wie Schlafst\u00f6rungen, Angstst\u00f6rungen, Depressionen oder ADHS.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1484\">ISF-Training zielt darauf ab, die F\u00e4higkeit des Gehirns zur Selbstregulation auf dieser fundamentalen Ebene zu verbessern \u2013 nicht durch Stimulation, sondern durch pr\u00e4zise R\u00fcckmeldung funktioneller Aktivit\u00e4tsmuster.<\/p>\r\n<h3 data-start=\"1486\" data-end=\"1538\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Die_Integration_von_sLORETA_%E2%80%93_raeumliche_Praezision\"><\/span>Die Integration von sLORETA \u2013 r\u00e4umliche Pr\u00e4zision<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1736\">Die Erg\u00e4nzung durch sLORETA (Standardized Low-Resolution Brain Electromagnetic Tomography) erweitert diesen Ansatz um eine entscheidende Dimension: die r\u00e4umliche Lokalisation neuronaler Aktivit\u00e4t.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"1940\">sLORETA erm\u00f6glicht eine dreidimensionale Absch\u00e4tzung der kortikalen Quellen spezifischer EEG-Frequenzen.
